Privacy Notice

Effective: 3 August 2026

Who we are

Nesatto is a product developed by IDEAS Origination Limited. IDEAS Origination Limited is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. Contact us at ideasai@outlook.com.

What we collect

For renters, buyers, and homeowners, we collect your first name, email address and home-journey stage. For partners, we collect your first name, work email address, company name and provider type. For investor enquiries, we collect your first name, email address, investor type and any optional message you provide. We also record your consent choices and submission date.

How and why we use it

  • To manage the waiting list and contact you about Nesatto's launch, based on your request to join the list and our legitimate interest in developing and launching Nesatto.
  • To send optional news, research invitations and occasional updates only where you have consented. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
  • To protect the website, prevent misuse and keep appropriate consent and administrative records, based on our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to host the website and database and to send signup notifications and emails. These currently include OpenAI's Sites service, its hosting infrastructure, and Resend. We do not sell your information. Where information is processed outside the UK, we require an appropriate legal safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep waiting-list information until you ask us to remove it, it is no longer needed, or for no longer than 24 months from collection unless you begin a continuing relationship with Nesatto. Essential audit or suppression records may be kept longer where required to meet legal obligations or honour an opt-out.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw marketing consent. Some rights depend on the circumstances. Email ideasai@outlook.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Updates

We may update this notice as Nesatto develops. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
